Initiation workshop to the manufacturing of tapenade, pesto, deserts and flowers jars. Presentation of the olive tree and it’s products, of the basilica and of the use of flowers from the perfume city Grasse.

Creation of black or green tapenade, of pesto and jars with superposition of flowers and fruits.

A specialist will accompany the activity with comments on the ways of manufacturing, the origins of the products, Provencal anecdotes and culinary advice. You will then taste the self created tapenades on toast, as well as the pesto and the jars of flowers with a glass of rosé wine of Provence and you will leave with your recipe cards.
